It is true! Each child is a treasure. We are grateful to God for leading us in the greenhouse journey as it perfectly suits the raising of a large family where each has a job that matches his or her age and ability.
In our family, we learn together, we worship together, we play together, and yes, we work together! What a privilege! We have often marveled at the parallels that can be drawn between greenhouse growing and parenting. From the careful placement of a tender new cutting into the sterile jar of growth media, through the many steps of weaning and exposing to the elements, the ultimate goal is the "releasing of a mature and thriving plant".
